The Classics

Classical art is all about Greek and Roman art. this was their era, both side dominated the classical era. they have dominated in the way or styles on how they approach their art. Both side's favorite styles are the humanism, naturalism, idealism, and rationalism. The style of Greek art was adopted by Romans. They copied the Greek on how they approach their architectural designs. but still, Greek for me was still dominant. Why you ask? Because they were the first to do that.

Romans however on the other side, they have improved the art that they copied from the Greeks. Their art was so majestic in many ways. Idealism was put together with sculptures. The body definition of their sculpture was way cool. They slightly over think in some ways like. they would totally enhance the body structure of their subject. Romans are perfectionist, I think? They are always like that. Not only with the sculptures, but also their architectural designs was beautiful. They created arches for religious purposes. I think?

Greeks we're the best when it comes to sculptures. It's just they move me. Just look at the details, the definition the angles. I mean, How perfect can it be? Even though the Romans stole their art. They were still not capable of surpassing the incredible talents of the Greeks. The Romans only prevail when it comes to their government. they we're very powerful when it comes to their government. Greeks use Idealism in their art that's why the details of their sculpture we're very distinct.
